See where your money comes from and where it goes. Revenue breakdowns, transaction history, payout tracking—all the numbers you need.
Overview
You need to know how your business is doing, and you shouldn't have to dig through spreadsheets to find out. Fieldspace tracks every dollar that comes in and shows you what's happening with reports you can actually understand.
Revenue Reports
The big question: how much money are we making? Revenue reports slice it up however you want to see it:
- By time period — Today, this week, this month, this year, or any custom range
- By source — How much comes from bookings vs. memberships vs. equipment rentals?
- By facility — Which location is the moneymaker? Which needs help?
- By payment method — Cards vs. bank transfers vs. credits applied
Compare this month to last month, or this year to last year. See if that new membership tier is actually bringing in more revenue or just moving it around.
Transaction History
Every payment, refund, and adjustment is logged. When you need to find something specific (or your accountant does), it's all there:
- Search by customer name, date, or amount
- See the payment method and status (paid, pending, refunded)
- Click through to the related booking or membership
- Filter to just refunds if you want to see what's going back out
Customer says "I paid last Tuesday"? You can find it in seconds. No more digging through bank statements or payment processor dashboards.
Payout Reports
Payouts are when we send the money from customer payments to your bank account. Track what's coming and what already landed:
- See upcoming payouts and expected amounts
- View past payouts and which transactions were included
- Reconcile with your bank statement
- Download detailed breakdowns for each payout
If a payout looks different than you expected, drill into the transactions to see what happened. Maybe there were refunds, maybe fees got deducted—it's all itemized.
Exporting Data
Sometimes you need the data outside Fieldspace—for your accountant, tax prep, or your own analysis:
- CSV export — Works with Excel, Google Sheets, anything that reads spreadsheets
- QuickBooks format — Direct import into QuickBooks Online
- Custom date ranges — Export just what you need, not everything
- Scheduled exports — Get monthly reports emailed automatically for your records
Most facilities set up a monthly export that goes to their bookkeeper. One less thing to remember at the end of each month.
