Email Notifications

Configure booking confirmations, reminders, and other automated email notifications.

Overview

Fieldspace sends automated email notifications to keep customers informed about their bookings and account activity.

Notification Types

Available email notifications:

  • Booking confirmation - Sent when a booking is created
  • Booking reminder - Sent before the booking time
  • Booking modification - Sent when a booking is changed
  • Booking cancellation - Sent when a booking is cancelled
  • Payment receipt - Sent after successful payment
  • Membership welcome - Sent to new members
  • Renewal reminder - Sent before membership expires

Configuration

Configure notifications in Settings → Notifications:

  • Enable or disable each notification type
  • Set reminder timing (e.g., 24 hours before)
  • Choose recipients (customer, staff, both)
  • Configure sender name and email address

Email Customization

Customize email content and branding:

  • Add your logo to email headers
  • Customize subject lines
  • Edit email body text
  • Use merge tags for personalization
  • Add custom footer content

Delivery & Tracking

Monitor email delivery:

  • View sent notifications in the activity log
  • Track delivery status (sent, opened, clicked)
  • Resend failed notifications
  • Handle bounced emails
