Your members' home base—book courts, manage their account, and check their history, all without calling you.
Overview
The member portal is where your members go to book courts, check their upcoming reservations, update their payment info, and everything else they used to call you about. It's branded with your logo and colors, so it looks like part of your website.
Why this matters:
- Members can book at 11pm on Sunday night—you don't have to be there
- Fewer phone calls and emails for you
- Members love the convenience (seriously, they do)
- Everyone sees the same availability, so there's no "I thought that time was open"

Portal Features
Self-Service Booking
Members can do everything themselves:
- See real-time availability (no more "let me check and get back to you")
- Book courts, fields, and other spaces
- Add equipment rentals if you offer them
- Invite other members to join a booking
- Set up recurring reservations for their weekly games
- Cancel or modify bookings (within your policy limits)
All your booking rules—advance notice requirements, cancellation policies, membership restrictions—are enforced automatically. They can't book anything they shouldn't be able to.
Account Management
Members manage their own accounts:
- Update email, phone, address
- Change their password
- View booking history
- Download invoices and receipts
- Update credit card on file
- Renew or upgrade their membership
Less admin work for you. Members get things done instantly instead of waiting for you to return their call.
Portal Customization
Make it look like yours:
- Logo — Front and center in the header
- Colors — Match your brand palette
- Custom domain — book.yourfacility.com instead of fieldspace.co/yourfacility
- Welcome message — Customize what members see on the homepage
- Footer links — Link to your main website, policies, contact page
All of this is in Settings → Branding. Takes about 10 minutes to set up.
Tip
The custom domain is worth setting up. book.yourfacility.com feels professional and builds trust. Members might not notice it's powered by Fieldspace—and that's the point.
Mobile Experience
The portal works great on phones—no app download required. It's fully responsive, so whether someone's booking from their computer at work or their phone at the gym, the experience is the same.

Some facilities tell their members "add the booking page to your home screen"—it saves as an icon and launches full-screen like a native app. Nice touch.
